Please see below details of the sale of Masters at Heatherbrae for $12.30 million.

How our Council can reckon their purchase of Masters at Taree is worth $25 million is beyond me!

I think a property the size of Masters at Heatherbrae with retail space of 4029 sqm  let to three tenants plus a massive Bunnings of 13,153 sqm,  on the Pacific Highway is worth a lot more than Masters at Taree.

 Was this just pie in the sky stuff from our ex-GM who had already had “dealings” with Woolworths at Tuncurry?

Ratepayers are left carrying the can again. And the GM who caused it all has blown through.
